I purchased a publix rotisserie barb chicken recently and my family became violently ill a day later. I believe it to be a case of salomenella poisoning and would like to know if anyone else has had a similar problem with their cooked rotisserie chickens?

This chicken was purchased in the Boca store on glades rd and 441. We have had three days already of flu like symptoms including bloody diarrhea, fever, chills, very painful stomach cramps, nausea, fatigue and muscle pain. It's like a stomach virus only this lasts for 3-10 days and it can lead to death or other long term illnesses like arthritis. If you have ever had any of these symptoms after eating their chicken please report it to the store and then to the Palm Beach Health Dept.

If this is a case of salomenella poisoning the public needs to be aware of this and the store as well.

So please don't be afraid to report this. Thank you.

Product or Service Mentioned: Publix Chicken.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

How fast after eating that chicken did you pop on WebMD? "Could lead to death".

Did it also say it could give you cancer? Probably.

Has your family been medically diagnosed. If you are having bloody stools, you had best be getting to a doctor.

Bloody stools can be caused by a bleeding ulcer, hemorrhoids, cancer, and maybe some other things.

Stomach flu can hit with no warning and it can also last for several days.
