Not resolved

I spent $200 to $300 a week at this Publix, before this happened. I had my 15LB 12 year old dog with me when an elderly lady whose husband had just died less than a week before called and needed a ride to Publix.

It was 98 degrees outside so I carried my dog in with me. Before I knew it I had this young big manager trainie charging at me, who assaulted me while shoving me out the door. A few minutes later he came out and ordered me off store property.

I called Publix and all they did was defend this person. I have since spoke with the managers of all the other grocery stores in the area and was told that as long as I carried my dog we were both welcomed.

Product or Service Mentioned: Publix Manager.

Reason of review: Assault..

Preferred solution: Move this manager.

The manager may not have confronted you in a nice manner, but that doesn't change the fact that pets are not allowed in grocery stores. Unless it's a service animal of course.

Are pets allowed where you work? Probably not.

Dogs don't belong in food stores. Keep your pet out of food stores.

End of problem. Easy solution.
