I had tried to fill a prescription for my son. He has healthy kids.

This prescription needs a blood test every month so it's very inconvenient. The prescription also cannot be called in, it has to be picked up and handed to the pharmacist. I told Publix I would wait for it. After 30 min.

they told me the meds weren't covered. It was so late that I couldn't call the Dr. I then waited 2 more days when Dr. was in the office and was told that it wasn't the meds that they didn't cover it was the Pharmacy - I now have to do the process with another pharmacy and get a referral (which Publix didn't tell me about either).

It is just frustrating beyond belief.

They had the information (when they then printed out for me) which told them it was "Pharmacy Participation Not Established).

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Have competent people work their in the pharmacy..

Most unfriendly people in the pharmacy. Worst pharmacy technicians and counter help ever.

Don't care about good customer service.

Moving all my meds to another pharmacy.

Go somewhere else for your medications.

This was supposed to be for the Publix on 41 and Corkscrew.
