Publix, you go (!)
So...to come to this website, and post these kind of comments became my routine as publix usually over charges people. I am not sure if this happened 10 times or 20. All I can say is "it happens all the time" I am posting the receipt as well below. Just amazing.... Why...

I wrote a letter last week about this issue, and they sent me a super nonsense response letter in the mail, the answer I got is 10 times worse than their mistake itself...I scanned the document and I will upload in a minute under a new window...

basically they say "the i...

Yes mis-labeling is happening at Publix in Northgate Shopping Center DeLand, FL.

And I am beginning to take note and pictures.

This week, 3/17/17 cantaloupe labeled and priced as pineapple.

Publix brand bacon labeled as thick slice when it is very thin. Making these items an over charge. I have bought peach pie labeled as apple pie. Come on mislabeling could one day cause serious consequence.

I am concerned!!! Is there a problem with management.

I received a phone call from \"Jaronda\" who was the area/district manager of the pharmacists. I explained what occurred, she apologized a couple times. I then asked her to be reimbursed (Publix has certain drugs for $0) as her pharmacist refused to fill my...

IF the medication is a controlled substance, for a dog or not, there must be a DEA # attached to the script. That is FEDERAL LAW, not just something they 'made up as they went along'.

The store manager has absolutely NO control over the pharmacy. NONE. The State Board of Pharmacy does. The store manager ONLY controls the STORE.

The pharmacy is a whole other ball of wax. As long as the pharmacist follows FEDERAL LAW, regardless of how mad customers get, then the pharmacist is in the right, and will always be defended by the SBOP.

Publix coming to Charlotte area

Rather than settling for 3rd rate, I was glad to see that Publix Supermarkets are coming to the Charlotte NC area. Finally another company like Harris Teeter that value diversity in the work place and has great food at good prices. Some 3rd rate stores don't matter at all. Why even complain about them. If you want good groceries, shop Food Lion, Bi-Lo, Harris Teeter, and Publix when they come. Some groceries advertise *** gas perks that you can only use at Hess stations in Charlotte, but they do not tell you teir re only two stations in town. who in the heel would shop that grocery fo the fuel perks when you can shop Bi-Lo and redeem furl perks every time you purchase $50.00. there are plenty of shells stations to redeem these at.

Winn Dixie was friendlier than Publix? LOL.

We must have different opinions on service... And cleanliness for that matter.

Publix in Washington, District Of Columbia - What have you done to your bread it's dry an ful of holes

have you change the way you make your bread, I drive 2hrs to a Publix in GA. the last 3 visits have been disappointing I may as well just buy bread off the shelves. When I lived in FL. this never happened we were always satisfied and I find employees a little unfriendly they seem to keep their heads down like they are afraid of having to speak to the customer. As a public relations person I fine the unique way you use to do business is now a thing of the past.I feel my time and money is not valued.

Publix unsafe for the elderly

PUBLIX IS NOT A SAFE ENVIROMENT FOR THE ELDERLY: My 84 yr old Mom was insulted and accosted in the check out lane by a couple known to the employees as violent and abusive, they had also refused to be served at the meat counter because the employee was an African American...(.HE PROBABLY WON'T HAVE HIS JOB MUCH LONGER FOR REVEALING THIS INFORMATION TO THE POLICE DEPT ...poor soul) but the manager (Jean Andreau) did not seem to think this was a big deal!!!!! When my Mom left the store, the couple RAN HER OVERIN THE PARKING LOT!!! The Charlotte County Fl Sherriff's Dept refuse to do anything regarding the incident claiming "It's a civil matter": Publix are refusing to take any responsibility as well...claiming "We are not responsible for providing a safe environment, just groceries" YOU BE THE JUDGE...WOULD YOU LET YOUR ELDERLY LOVED ONES BE AT RISK IN THIS CONGLOMERATE OF IRRESPONSIBILITY ?

He had to reveal he was African-American? Was he white? Question: If a homeless man knocked out a window and entered your home and used your phone to make a terroist threat, would it be your responsibility?

Publix frozen yogurt has long hair in it.

Publix, Pinellas Park, Fl. I Found a long hair in their Publix brand chocolate frozen yogurt today, May 10, 2010. Discusting. Took it back and they asked if it was sealed. "Yes", I said. Perhaps they doubted me so I lifted my cap to show my balding head and I said "It didn't come off this head"! They told me they are very careful about that sort of thing. "Evidently not careful enough", I said. Gave me my $3.00 back, big deal. Will not shop at Publix again. They have lost one good customer. I had always thought Publix was top notch. Wrong!

I've had one or two "not so great experiences" at Publix, but tons of GREAT experiences. I can see that Publix is very customer service oriented....very!

I suspect that the guy with no hair is "pissed off" a lot!!!

I can't even imagine what bald man wanted for the mistake? Publix did right - they refunded the money.

NOW where is baldy going to go - Walmart? LOL

Was angry after I read post until I saw comments by (entitlement baby, wow, and irish)! I'm hoping by your silence you really processed their comments.

One mistake and you throw away an entire relationship. I don't envy your family! It's people like you that make a big fuss, throw your hands in the air and try to sue everyone, and really just get NOWHERE! Chill out!

Publix kicks as#! AND their frozen yogurt is Ecstasy!!!

So delicious. If hair is the magic ingredient then WAY TO GO PUBLIX SUPERMARKETS it's amazing and I love you!!

If a refund is not enough for you, then Publix is hardly missing out by you shopping elsewhere. What do you think you are entitled to, a free shopping spree?

It was a hair in store branded food that they distribute - not produce. Perhaps Walmart will cater to your whining.

I don't get it. How can you be a devoted shopper but then hate a store for one mistake.

compare how many times you got good service compared to this one time you got bad service. People like you have problems. If the world hated you for making one mistake, where would you be?

I'm sure you've made a few. Get over it you ***, EVERYONE makes a mistake or two.

It was probably your wife's hair. You probably did not like the flavor so you made them take it back. They don't need you as a customer.
