I am a new customer at Publix Pharmacy. I transferred all my prescriptions from another store.

I continue to get e-mails from the other drugstore advising me that my prescriptions are available for pick up. I advised Publix of this and the male pharmacist said nope, I checked and you do not have any prescriptions available for refill. I kept telling him I am getting e-mails from the other drugstore and I do have several available. He never stopped what he was doing to come to speak to me, Just talked loud to me.

The young female assistant Amilyn said I guess you need to call them yourself. The second time I went in because I got another e-mail from the other store again. The female pharmacist did the same thing as the first pharmacist, yelled from the back and never came to the counter! I ask the assistant could she contact the other drug store, she said Uh, I guess I can!

I advised her they were nothing compared from the store I left. Very disappointing!!!!!!
