Naturally, the customer service department employees would be the rudest at that counter as they are the only department employees who would be working there. It's highly unlikely that you will find a meat cutter working the customer service counter. Why would they need to be educated about that? One would think that if there was a problem, you want them educated on how to provide better service rather than just simply letting them know that they are the rudest employees who work that counter.

Please take some adult education classes so that you can learn how to spell and use proper grammar.

BTW, Publix does not offer moneygram, just Western Union.

The Boynton Beach FL. Quantum Village Publix store number 1041 employees seem to be trained to go out of their way to be nasty and completely unhelpful. The Deli employees are surly and unhygienic; their motto seems to be 'don't just do something, stand there!' The...

I don't think the quality of food at Pubix is very good and the people who work there are not very helpful. I recently tried shopping at Whole Foods Market and the food there was excellent in every respect, much better than anything I ever got at Publix.

All the food I bought at Whole Foods tasted much more fresh and delicious, and the people who work there are happy to help you find what you're looking for. My New Year's Resolution is to start shopping more at Whole Foods Market instead of settling for less at Publix.

After working for Publix from July 2000 to Aug. 2009 the company has went through many changes. Alot of the famlly left the day to day operations of the company. Now it dosn't has people like Mr.George, his son , these new leaders (ha ha) don't care about there staff just the bottom line. Yes thay have gotten rid of alot of there full time people. part time is cheaper.I can't re call the last time i went into a Publix.a year or longer I take my Publix ad to Walmart and spend my Publix retirement money. The Walmart in Rockmart,ga.does very well in customer service.

I think Publix is amazing. I always shop at MY Publix because all of the associates are so friendly and the store is so clean and fresh. Wal Mart prices are not much lower and the stores/people are just unpleasant

Publix in Minneapolis, Minnesota - Employees and customer treatment bad

Most recently I had a problem with a check cashing at publix corner of Jog and Boynton Beach. I have been writing check to Pulix for over 30 years and Never has an issue until a week ago. I wrote a check and the girl was very rude called manager very rude. What happened is Well Fargo closed my personal account instead of my husbands business account creating a real issue with checks. BUT is this a way to treat customers when you just assume they are skum? Not all people are dead beats and skum and I have a real problem with being treated this way by a corporation which states they are customer satisaction. Well NOT satisfied this time.

Publix Manager

Publix supermarket

i bought ham and cheese and a strong cleaning product and they bagged it in the same bag. I told them this had happened before and I had to throw the cold cuts away. What are they trying to do use less bags or not caring about the customer. very disappointed and I shop there almost every day. This Publix is located at the Mercado Shopping Center in Hialeah, Florida I told the manager that Winn Dixie was not that far away and I was willing to take my business elsewhere since customer satisfaction is last on their list. Publix's Management Ignores Complaints Regarding Food Safety!!

Purchased raw fish at Publix's in Darwin Square, Port St. Lucie, Florida. Employee servicing Fish Counter, was unpacking boxes and picking up trash when he saw me at counter. Came to counter, did not wash hands or put on gloves. Selected raw fish, weighed it and put it in wrapping. When I complained to new manager, RICK PORTH, about unsanitary handling, he said the bacteria on fish would be killed when I cooked it. He also suggested that I should concern myself with restaurant cooked food (and their sanitary conditions) rather than the food I purchase at Publix's. "What a ***!" The most common form of contamination from handled foods is the calcivirus, also called the Norwalk-like virus. Thousands of people die each year from this form of bacteria. I got an idea! I'll visit Mr. Porth's house and handle his raw food with dirty hands... then he can feed it to his family! Never Again at Publixs...

Publix: BAD Dairy

Publix, Estero, FL Grande Oaks First, Publix milk is way overpriced. I can find many national, major chain milk in galllon/half. gal. priced at at least 50% lower than Publix store brand. Right now, I'm at about a 1 in 3 chance of getting milk or half-half that will spoil before it's "sell before date". Range has been from a week or more on 2% milk to 1 month on half & half. I always dig to the back to get my best "long" sell date and where the product might be a little colder. Growing tired of making returns for refunds, and just waiting for the day that I'll vomit.

Maybe its your fridge. Milk is the most sensitive to temperature.

The problem with the milk must be limited to that Publix in Estero. Where I live the Publix milk is always fresh and cold and priced below other brands. I do shop at other supermarkets but I only buy Publix milk.

Publix in Greenville, South Carolina - Manager is inhumane

they need a new manager that is kind and has love for people. he's too much of a discipllinarian. I have converted to BiLo and appreciate their manager much more. Publix at one time was great grocery store; however, now it is plagued with individuals that are not as kind as they once were in the past. I hope this company gets back to it's customer-focused nature that it was 10 years ago. Til then I refuse to ever attend Gervais St. Publix. BiLo all the way! Get rid of the manager at Publix....he's mean.

Preach it! That's one of the reasons I hated working at Publix.

I'm so glad I was able to find a better job (that pays much more, too).

Publix is NOT the same company it was when I was initially hired in 2005, and it most certainly wasn't the same company it was when George Jenkins was alive. I'm sure that man would be turning in his grave if he knew what kind of jokers were running his company now.

Publix in Miami, Florida - Food quality

I have encountered 3 spoiled food items....2 weeks ago- spoiled shrimp that was returned for credit.... spoiled milk..... and on Oct 22 at 16:01 spoiled Cabot yogert for 3.99 ( which I am returning today-Oct.24)...I do my main shopping at Walmart because of value and they carry all the main product lines. All their dairy is inclosed ! These occurances were att your L.H.P. location I gave the number of times....There were no associates involved with these transactions...... it was the products from the store that were un-acceptable....The fact that the associate in the sea food area must have had a inkling that the shrimp was spoiled.....by the odor. .
