I hear stories about how if you work hard enough, and give it your all, you can expect to move up in the company and do well. What we all SEE, however, is whoever you KNOW gets your many rewards. How is it that store 410 in Naples Fl has a bakery manager that doesn't...

Publix in Lithia, Florida - Bag of carrots

My elderly mother went into Publix last week and wanted a bag of 79 cent carrots. While the rude clerk that rung her up stopped at the carrot bag. I was reading a mag and thought wow this girl is rude. But, I think she thought I was not with my Mother. She went to counting every carrot in the bag and charged my Mother 79 cents for every carrot. My Mother did not notice but I did and corrected the rude 16 year old who said thanks for looking out. I read a sign at Publix that said if Publix rung up an incorrect item it would mean your money back for the item and the item is free. I say that was a bs sign because my Mother was maybe elderly and she got her carrots for 79 cents, no sorry and most of all no free item. So, that sign is a falsehood and I feel sorry for the eldery that Publix takes advantage of.

I thought antibiotics that Publix gave was to give back to the public. A way of a billion dollar company that prides themselves on honesty and customer service as a way of helping their customers. I recently learned why they started this program was to wage war with...

I am a pharmacist with Publix and I will agree the company would like a patient to bring in companion drugs with free antibiotics (after all, Publix is still a business, and b...

Publix in Jacksonville, Florida - Grocery

I have shopped at Pulix for over 20+ years. I am old and tired of being take advantage of....They now take down the signs after the holiday, so you can't tell what the sale is.. and if you don't have the add or are ignorant they don't care. Your buy get 1 get 1 are down after the holiday even though the sale goes on for on for on another week...God Forbid you buy the wrong size (your are stuck with $5 a bag of chips)I am tied of being sucked dry by them. Grow your own garden shop, other places like the guy with a stand at the corner or at the gas station. I bet you will not receive the same chemical and insecticide as a commerical grower Of course right now their must be a push for courtesy, every one is so nice to your face......well Wal-Mart is just across the street I will not pay your ridiculous prices and monilaption. Join me in having an impact on Publix shop some where else any where else. Well for the time being they *** a##... And I must say what is up with the female Managers and Assistants they are rude and don't want to help. Thank you Mangers and Assistant Mgrs... You make shopping wonderful, I hope you stock goes down, I will not deal with you any more, or you in the background intinadating the young cashier...
