How dare you posting things like:"She is 70...and to old to do the job" !!! That IS age discrimination to the highest degree ! It's an outrage ! But how dare you wash your dirty laundry in public....just because you feel that there is favoritism going on. You know Publix procedures to do something about it (if it has, indeed, merit at all). Right ? Does "open door policy" ring a bell at all ? If something like this has been going on (like you claim it has), something would have been done about it way back when. And, how do and would you know, that she is "wasting her time in the office" ??? How do you know, what she is doing there......when your butt belongs behind the counter helping customers, or in the kitchen doing YOUR job ???? No wonder customers get pissed because of wait time, because you create a new job class by "checking up on the manager" and wasting time to see if she does her job......LOL. 2 solutions to "your problem": Either initiate a sit down meeting where all cards are being put onto the table.....or.....QUIT! I am sure, that there are 3 or more people who would kill to have your job ! It's scary to know, that people like you are amongst our employees  |

You have nothing better to do than attack a woman that has dedicated 28 years of her life to a company that she loves working for. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Maybe the reason that you are not scheduled the so called "best shifts" is because you can't meet the high expectations and standards that she sets. |
